In order to trade-in a device you must first fill out our form below, after we will review your application and make a decision on whether we want to consider it or not, based on a variety of factors not limited to but including: the state your device is in, the demand and supply for your device, whether it meets our company’s standards/criteria or not, and if its repairable depending on the issues it has if any. Given we consider your request, we will reach out to schedule a physical inspection and background check of your device, after we will then make a decision on the spot whether we will accept your trade or not. If we accept the trade-in we will give you an offer which will be valid that time and day only. Should you not accept the offer on the spot we will have to re-evaluate your device and the offer may change the next time. If you accept the offer at the time, you will be required to present a valid form of ID, which is your national ID, passport, driver’s license or birth certificate. You will also have to sign an ownership declaration confirming that you are the sole owner of the device. Should this not be true, you will be required to reimburse Rush Gadgets Ltd. for the device at-least. Rush Gadgets will also handover the device to law enforcement should the device be stolen. 

Given everything checks out, you will then be paid via cheque or bank transfer. Cash is not offered for trade-ins as a safety precaution.
