Do you use OLED or LCD screens?
It depends on your smartphone and what type of screen technology it uses. Some devices use LCD while others use OLED. We use whichever your device requires.
Do you use original parts?
Yes we do! We use a blend of the highest quality, certified aftermarket parts and original parts. All of our screens are original, with other parts it depends on availability, to know for certain simply contact us.
What does new open box mean?
Generally speaking, a new open box device is one that is new with or without original packaging. It cannot be considered brand new due to it being returned within a short span of time, seal being broken or the box being damaged or lost.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs can be completed same day however, they can take up to the next day at most. Longer durations may be needed occasionally, however this will be communicated to you prior to repair.
Why do we require the password for the device?
We require the password to test the functionality of the device before and after repair, to verify that what was working prior is working after. Despite this, the password is optional, if you decide not to provide it this will reduce the coverage of our warranty.
How does a special order work?
A special order requires 50% deposit to be placed. The balance must be paid upon collection of the special order, or completion of the repair it was needed for. They usually take within 1 to 2 weeks to be fulfilled, however is rare cases this may be longer.
